Shipping and Returns

What is the return policy?
You may return new, unopened Burnies within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive a refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time to receive your return (5-7 business days), process your return (2-3 business days) and for your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we receive and process the returned item.

What is the shipping policy?
We can ship to virtually any address in North America for now but will soon be updating our outreach to several different countries

When you place an order, shipping costs are estimated based on your location per Burnie on a 3-5 business day shipping time. However, we often find packages delivery times to be shorter than this. You will receive an email notification when the package ships.
